Terms of service

The service

Pawsly is an app to keep the health record and daily care of dogs and cats and to share them with family and the people who look after them. It is provided by Pawsly.

Not a veterinary service

Pawsly remembers what you enter and offers general guidance, including indicative vaccine and flea and tick schedules and heat forecasts. It does not provide diagnoses or treatment and does not replace your vet. In an emergency, call your vet or an emergency vet clinic right away.

Your account

• You can use the app as a guest or create an account with email and password. Keep your credentials private: you are responsible for what happens with your account.
• The information you enter must be true and yours, or you must have the right to use it.
• If you use the app as a guest, your data stays on your phone until you save an account.

Family sharing

You can invite other people as co-owners or pet sitters and choose what they can see and do. Whoever invites is responsible for the permissions granted; you can change or revoke them at any time. Invited people see your display name and the data you chose to share.

Your content

The data and photos you enter remain yours. You only allow us to store them and show them to the people you choose, so the app can work. Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have rights to.

Fair use

Do not use Pawsly for unlawful activities, do not try to access other people’s accounts or data, do not try to bypass protections and do not overload the service.

Costs and Premium features

Today Pawsly is free. Some features, such as the PDF expense report or more photo space, may one day become Premium. If so, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days ahead with a list of what changes, and we will not delete or hide anything you have already entered. Adding pets and logging care stays free.

Deleting your account and suspension

You can delete your account at any time from the app (see the “Delete account” page). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Pawsly working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages from using the app, or for decisions taken without consulting a vet. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell you in the app; by continuing to use it you accept the new version.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Italian law; consumers keep the protections and venue provided by the law of their country of residence. For questions, write to dr0p3rdev@gmail.com.
