What is Pawsly’s digital pet health record?
It is your dog’s or cat’s health record on your phone: vaccines, flea and tick treatments, medications, vet visits, weight and an SOS card in one place, with reminders before anything is due. It does not replace the official booklet or passport issued by your vet or authorities: it helps you never miss a date and find everything in seconds.
If I lose my phone or the paper booklet, do I lose everything?
If you saved your data with an account, no: it is stored in the cloud in the European Union and you get it back by signing in on another phone with the same email and password. If you used the app as a guest without an account, the data was only on the old phone: that is why we recommend saving it with an account.
Is Pawsly free?
You can start for free, log care and add as many pets as you like. Any extra features (like reports and photo storage) will be clear and announced in advance.
Does it work for dogs and cats?
Yes. Each pet has their own record, reminders and history, with care suited to the species.
Does the vaccine schedule replace my vet?
No. It is an indicative schedule to help you remember boosters. Pawsly remembers what you enter and does not provide diagnoses: your vet always has the final say.
Can my family or the dog sitter use it?
Yes. Invite whoever you want and choose what they can do: view only, log meals and walks, or manage health.
What happens to my data?
It is saved in the cloud in the European Union and exportable whenever you want. Analytics and crash reports are on only with your consent.
