Delete your account

How to do it

• Open Pawsly and go to Profile → Account → “Delete account”.
• For each pet you own, choose who to pass it to among the people with access, or choose to delete it.
• Confirm.

You have 30 days to change your mind

Passing pets to heirs is immediate. Your account stays pending deletion for 30 days: if you change your mind, sign in again and tap “Restore”. A pet already passed to an heir does not come back.

What is deleted

After the 30 days we permanently delete:

• your account, profile (name, photo) and preferences;
• linked devices and notification tokens;
• pets without an heir, with all their entries and photos.

What may remain

Entries you made on pets passed to an heir remain with the heir, without your name: they will appear as anonymous.

Before deleting

If you want a copy of your data, export it from Profile → your profile → “Export my data”.
